Department of Commerce
The Industrial scenario all over the world has undergone a sea change during the last few decades. The change is spectacular in India. In a developing economy like ours, the importance of commerce has been acknowledged by all, especially when optimum utilization of resources is the crying need of the day. There is an urgent need to make the young generation aware of the ongoing changes. The number of industrial units has increased phenomenally. All these require the services of professionals, in every branch of activity and business enterprise. The Industry needs Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, Company Secretaries etc.
The commerce department is the largest department in the college catering to the needs of over 450 students in B. Com (Computers). Steps are continuously afoot to bring about qualitative improvements in the content of the Commerce lab, to make it more useful for the students. Apart from the above activities, the department offers M.Com entrance coaching and ICWAI foundation course to encourage the students in their field.

Department of Business Administration
The department of Business Admiration is one of the most vibrant departments of the college. This department recognizes the importance of interpersonal skills. Accordingly due stress is laid on grooming the managerial and communication skills of the students. The staff and students strive for highest achievement standards. Training classes are held for the improvement of spoken English, interview skills and personality of the students. The department also conducts various intra and inter collegiate literary competitions like essay writing, debating, elocution, mushaira, volte-face, skit etc. It also has the unique credit of organizing Bhashalahari, a multi-lingual meet, where eminent personalities from different language faculties are invited to interact with the students on the latest trends in their respective languages.
Eminent scholars from various fields address the faculty on different issues concerning teaching.
