Bharat Degree & PG College for Women visualizes the need for a holistic approach and imparts the kind of education that encourages original, creative thinking, critical evaluation and a sense of responsibility and discipline in all walks of life.
Established by the visionaries of the Chinta Reddy Madhusudhan Reddy Educational Society in the year 1991, Bharat Institutions is today synonymous with high quality education. The vision propelled a growth that still fuels it today. A Degree College for Women in 1992, PG College for Women in 1995 were established.
Ever since, it has prepared itself to meet the emerging trends of the society. The college has witnessed a steady growth, and during its victorious flight, it has established itself as center for academic excellence and pedagogical expertise.
Women’s education in urban areas has made rapid strides in the recent years. Mere number however does not indicate the real progress. What is required is the percolation of meaningful higher education to the women of the lowest strata of the society and their empowerment. In accordance with the above view, reaching out to the needy and the less privileged has always been the aspiration of Bharat. All our programs are focused on the spectrum where the brilliants are given scope and the average students are encouraged.
Thus, armed with competent faculty, supportive parents / guardians and enthusiastic learners, the college continues its march into a challenging tomorrow……

Library
The college is endowed with a well-stocked library housing over 15,000 books, with multiple copies in various disciplines as per the need of the students. It subscribes about 10 newspapers (English as well as Vernacular). Besides, it also subscribes 28 Journals and 48 Periodicals, in order to keep the students abreast of the world around them and also to inculcate a voracious reading habit among them. The college is a member of Information and Dissemination Centre (IDC), Osmania University and British Library.
Canteen
College has excellent canteen facility with hygienic eatables and enough space for students to relax. It also has a purified drinking water system in place to avoid health hazards.
Teaching Aids
To have a better presentation of the subject matter, the college utilizes Audio-visual equipments as teaching aids. The classrooms are facilitated with LCDs and OHPs.
Seminar Hall
The college is endowed with a well-furnished seminar hall with the Public address system.
Internet
High Speed dedicated internet facility is available 24 hours. Students are allowed to access it for learning process and to download any kind of information for their respective subject.
Security
Ample security is provided to protect the inmates against any outside interferences. The students are not permitted to leave the campus during the college hours.
